Opportunity at a Glance: Adtalem Global Education is seeking a Head of Thought Leadership to drive Adtalem's research-based influence strategy, focusing on the healthcare workforce shortage. This role requires strategic vision, research expertise, and storytelling ability to shape conversations among policymakers, investors, media, and industry leaders.
Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities include:
- Research Strategy & Design: Develop and execute multi-year research strategies, lead studies on the impact of Adtalem’s initiatives, and manage partnerships with research firms.
- Insight Generation & Publication: Produce high-impact research reports and translate complex datasets into accessible content.
- Strategic Content Development: Partner with teams to develop thought leadership campaigns and create signature reports aligned with national healthcare priorities.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with internal leaders and external stakeholders to co-author research and amplify Adtalem’s influence.
- Measurement & Impact: Define and track KPIs for thought leadership initiatives and evaluate the ROI of research investments.
- Master's Degree in Public Policy, Economics, Business, Communications, or Data Analytics.
- 10+ years of experience in research, strategy, or thought leadership within relevant sectors.
- Proven ability to lead complex research initiatives.
- Strong background in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
