Full-Time Senior Director, Unemployment Cost Management

• Leading and managing the Unemployment Claims Management team to achieve goals.
• Maintaining improvements to the unemployment claims processing system.
• Managing power of attorney documents and providing proactive review.
• Establishing relationships with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Implementation, Sales, Finance, Marketing) and external partners (clients, NASWA, state workforce agencies).
• Delivering high-quality client service.
• Managing multiple tasks and responsibilities for self and team.
• Leading change and utilizing change management tools.
• Assessing client needs and ensuring the correct service team is in place.
• Leading the Unemployment Client Delivery Team of 100 staff members.

• 10+ years of experience in the UI industry.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in unemployment management.
• Experience processing claims and representing at unemployment hearings.
• Understanding of State Information Data Exchange system (SIDES) program.
• Experience leading an Operations function.
• Strong partnering and influencing skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree, MBA, or relevant Master's Degree preferred.
