Full-Time Senior Ecommerce Manager

Senior Manager of Ecommerce will manage and enhance the performance and user experience of Truewerk's direct-to-consumer ecommerce platform.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy.
2. Oversee and optimize the Shopify Plus platform.
3. Manage website development and operations (UX/UI improvements, digital merchandising, technical performance).
4. Develop a digital merchandising strategy (optimized taxonomy, site architecture, content).
5. Collaborate with performance marketing and creative functions (landing pages, promotional strategies).
6. Lead an A/B testing and conversion rate optimization program.
7. Work closely with Operations on forecasting and assortment planning.
8. Create and maintain insightful reporting dashboards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of ecommerce management experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute a site roadmap.
• Deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, trends, and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, Tableau/Looker, A/B testing).
• Experience with digital merchandising tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
