Job Summary: Plan, organize, and execute in-person events, focusing on roadshows and tier-1 events (Dreamforce, Gartner, etc.). Deliver brand awareness, support business growth, and engage customers/prospects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global event strategies (virtual, in-person, hybrid). Align with business objectives, brand positioning, and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop compelling content and engaging speakers.
- Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution for consistent excellence.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to align event goals, content, and brand messaging with business priorities.
- Manage budgets, track ROI, and use analytics to measure success and improve future events.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years B2B marketing experience, planning/executing in-house and third-party events.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills, building relationships at all levels.
- Self-starter, proactive, independent, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with tactical and strategic execution, budget/ROI management.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and Salesforce CRM.
- Travel up to 25%.
