Full-Time Senior Events Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Events Manager who will bring Limble to life through unforgettable experiences. In this role, you’ll own our events strategy from concept to execution; creating opportunities for connection, learning, and growth across our customer, partner, and industry communities. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Limble shows up in the world, building programs that strengthen relationships, generate demand, and elevate our brand.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Develop and own Limble’s annual events roadmap.
• Lead event execution end-to-end.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
• Manage event budgets and vendors.
• Define and track event success metrics.
• Continuously innovate Limble’s event strategy.
• Champion the attendee experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel as needed (approximately 25–40%) to oversee onsite production and support in-person events.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing B2B events in a technology, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of designing and executing events that drive measurable business impact.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience managing event budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience with event management and marketing platforms.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
