Full-Time Senior Executive Sourcer

• Design and implement sourcing services for a mix of roles.
• Develop passive candidate sourcing strategy and pipelines.
• Deliver support and consultation in driving sourcing strategy.
• Drive candidate marketing plans to create talent communities.
• Build and manage process to qualify candidates.
• Develop relationships across client services teams.
• Promote the purpose and strategy of the Sourcing team.
• Deliver candidate slates by using passive candidate recruiting methodologies.
• Identify potential strategic talent.
• Drive operational excellence and compliance and set high sourcing standards.
• Manage and maintain diversity strategy.
• Influence others to leverage social media tools.
• Take ownership of the candidate experience.
• Share best practices and market intelligence data to Recruiters and client teams.

• Problem-solve and provide best practices and process improvements.
• Leverage analytical skills to audit processes, assess trends, create reports.
• Identify and document process changes.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Expert-level experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
