Full-Time Senior Field Marketing Manager

We're seeking a self-motivated Senior Field Marketing Manager - West to join our high-performing field marketing team at Nexthink.

This role focuses on the West Coast, supporting sales in new customer acquisition, pipeline acceleration, and defining go-to-market strategies. Key responsibilities include:

1. Identifying fiscal-year demand strategy and collaborating with stakeholders to execute a comprehensive marketing plan.
2. Acting as a business partner to sales, driving visibility of marketing activities and recommending adjustments based on market changes.
3. Working closely with business development and sales teams to track lead follow-up, qualification, and conversion.
4. Researching and driving targeted marketing plans, combining corporate programs, regional opportunities, customer marketing, and partner activities.
5. Reporting on regional events, providing insights for optimization, business outcomes, and ROI.
6. Aligning with the global marketing team to support the go-to-market plan.
7. Evaluating, selecting, and managing vendors for regional marketing programs.

Required Experience:

• Proven success leading North American field marketing for high-growth B2B Cloud/SaaS software companies.
• Experience with creating, executing, and measuring/optimizing field marketing campaigns for new business generation.
• Experience managing regional marketing budgets and processes.
• Experience planning and executing demand generation campaigns.
• Excellent marketing project management skills.
• Proficient communication skills and ability to collaborate.
