We seek a talented DevOps Engineer passionate about DevOps culture and eager to explore new technologies. This is an exciting time as we transition more of our infrastructure and services to container-based technologies. You will learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic team while driving key projects, including migrating services from AWS to Azure using container-based solutions. Your contributions will shape the future of our platform infrastructure.
As a DevOps Engineer, you'll design, build, and maintain the infrastructure supporting our learning platform. You'll collaborate closely with development teams to ensure efficient and secure application deployments. This position participates in rotating support rosters.
Day in the Life:
- Lead the containerization of applications and services
- Migrate infrastructure to code
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable networks
- Build tools to empower developers
- Collaborate with stakeholders on new features, dependencies, and technical details
- Deploy and configure new development tools and infrastructure
- Automate and improve software delivery processes
- Collaborate, educate, and empower other teams
Who You Are:
- Autonomous and asynchronous worker
- Experienced remote worker

- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- 3+ years of experience supporting high-scale web applications in production
- 3+ years of experience deploying, managing, and scaling cloud platform resources (Azure, GCP, or AWS, Azure Preferred)
- Experience with containers and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Passionate about learning new things and taking on challenges
- Strong understanding of DevOps and Agile principles
- Solution-driven with ability to understand the big picture
