Full-Time Senior Global Benefits Specialist

Our People team is key to the success of GOAT Group.

As a Sr. Global Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing the day-to-day operations of the company’s non-U.S. benefits and leave management programs.

1. Administer and manage all non-U.S. benefits programs.
2. Partner with benefits consultants, local brokers, and HR Business Partners to align benefits initiatives.
3. Enhance current global benefits program and processes.
4. Meet with benefits broker team, third-party benefit plan providers, and other external vendors.
5. Maintain international benefits calendar and partner with stakeholders.
6. Administer and audit all aspects of GOAT’s global employee benefits program (pension/retirement plans, medical, dental, vision, and insured policies).
7. Develop and refine international benefits expertise.
8. Own the leave of absence program, partnering with HR Business Partners, payroll, and legal.
9. Keep current on regulations and new legislation.
10. Support immigration matters.
11. Create standard operating procedure documents.
12. Develop and deliver communication materials and educational resources.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Working knowledge of statutory and private benefit plans globally.
• Experience with global compliance and administration.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and work independently.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to problem-solve complex benefits and leave of absence issues.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with UKG and/or ADP Lyric (a plus).
