Full-Time Senior Global HCM Transformation Specialist

KOSTAL is professionalizing its international HR function, focusing on digitization and IT support tools.

As a Senior HCM Transformation Specialist, you'll lead the evolution of KOSTAL's global Human Capital Management systems.

You will:

• Act as a strategic bridge between HR and IT to deliver, optimize, and support global HCM platforms (e.g., SAP HCM).
• Lead digitalization efforts for end-to-end HR processes: Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Talent Management.
• Configure systems, manage data workflows, and oversee integrations.
• Drive global HCM projects (rollouts, upgrades, data migrations, testing, go-lives).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure data integrity and support HR analytics, reporting, and compliance.
• Champion change management, user training, and process documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in HCM system administration or HRIS project roles in a global organization.
• Expertise in SAP HCM or comparable platforms.
• Solid understanding of global HR processes and HCM system architecture.
• Skilled in configuration, interface integration, and process automation.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is an advantage.
