KOSTAL is professionalizing its international HR function, specifically by digitalizing processes and implementing IT support tools.
As a Senior HCM Transformation Specialist, you will lead the evolution of KOSTAL’s global Human Capital Management systems and play a key role in shaping the future of the employee experience.
Joining a dynamic international team, you will support the digital transformation of global HR operations—aligning HCM technologies with business strategy to create efficient, compliant, and people-centric solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic bridge between HR and IT to deliver, optimize, and support global HCM platforms (e.g., SAP HCM).
- Lead digitalization efforts for end-to-end HR processes such as Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Talent Management.
- Configure systems, manage data workflows, and oversee integrations to ensure operational accuracy and strategic alignment.
- Drive global HCM projects including system rollouts, upgrades, data migrations, testing, and go-lives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to solve problems, innovate processes, and ensure exceptional system usability.
- Ensure data integrity and support HR analytics, reporting, and compliance initiatives.
- Champion change management, user training, and process documentation to maximize adoption of digital HR solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3–5+ years of experience in HCM system administration or HRIS project roles in a global or complex organization.
- Expertise in SAP HCM or comparable platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
- Solid understanding of global HR processes and HCM system architecture.
- Skilled in configuration, interface integration, and process automation.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is an advantage.
