Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior GTM Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Commercial Organization. You will support and optimize the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, enhance operational efficiency across sales, partner, and customer success functions, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams for smooth process execution, team alignment, and maximized operational performance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in revenue operations, sales processes, and data analysis, with a passion for optimizing GTM workflows and improving operational efficiencies. GTM Operations & Strategy:
- GTM Process Optimization: Support the execution of the GTM strategy by optimizing key processes across sales, partner, marketing, and customer success for seamless alignment and execution.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales leadership to implement and improve sales processes (CRM management, pipeline tracking, forecasting, performance metrics).
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, challenges, opportunities. Provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, track performance against KPIs, and create reports for sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Partner Renewal Process and Automation
- Renewal Quoting and communication: Create and maintain partner quotes within the region until closed.
- Automation Identification: Identify areas for automation for partner renewals (internal processes and partner self-service tools).
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CS to ensure alignment on GTM strategy, campaign execution, and account targeting.
Data Integrity & Systems Management: Ensure accurate data flows between systems and teams (CRM, marketing automation, financial reporting) to maintain data integrity.
Revenue Metrics & Performance Tracking
- Key Metrics Tracking: Track and report on key revenue metrics (pipeline velocity, sales cycle length, win rates, churn rates, CLTV).
- Reporting Dashboards: Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards to track GTM initiatives and support data-driven decision-making.
- KPI Definition & Monitoring: Collaborate with leadership to define and track KPIs to measure success and optimize for revenue growth.
System and Tools Management
- CRM & GTM Tool Optimization: Optimize sales tools and platforms (Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator).
- Data Integration: Support integrations between systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau).
Process Improvement & Automation
- Process Design & Documentation: Document GTM operations processes and best practices.
- Automation & Workflow Improvements: Identify and implement process automation across sales, partners, marketing, and customer success.
Other Responsibilities: Support ad-hoc projects, communicate progress on key initiatives and recommendations to senior leadership.
