Job Details
We’re looking for a Senior GTM Enablement Manager to join our Global GTM Enablement Team. In this role, you will partner with General Managers and VPs across the Revenue organization to design, deliver, and evolve leadership development programs.
What you’ll do
- Partner with senior leaders to uncover leadership skill needs.
- Own and facilitate Revenue Leadership Development programs.
- Lead the Voice of Sales and Voice of Customer Success councils.
- Partner with Talent Development to design and deliver customized leadership skill training.
- Use data and metrics to identify opportunities for leadership improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure leadership enablement is aligned to business priorities.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops.
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years of experience in Sales or CS Enablement, Leadership Development, Sales/CS leadership, or related senior-level roles
- Experience working with executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of leadership coaching best practices and sales methodologies
- Proven success building, scaling, and facilitating leadership development programs
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business metrics
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
