About the Role: As a Senior HR Associate within the APAC Shared Service Centre, you will support the end-to-end timekeeping process for customers and their professionals across the Philippines, aiding in queries, report preparation, and data accuracy across APAC. This is a 1-year contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Process and validate Philippines timesheet submissions (manual & automated).
- Compile timekeeping entitlements for payroll.
- Process manual timekeeping for offboarding professionals and system issues.
- Handle Philippines timekeeping-related queries and requests.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and review work processes.
- Partner with the project team on system or automation enhancements.
- Handle mass communication to professionals and customers (e.g., reminders, announcements).
- Address queries regarding Philippines Leave & Absence, including unpaid leaves.
- Process monthly reconciliation for APAC insurance plans.
- Support the team on other initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience handling the Philippines Timekeeping Process.
- Strong knowledge of local Philippines timekeeping practices and laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong reporting, data analysis, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle high volumes of work.
