Key Responsibilities- Align the organization to company strategy, culture, and values.
- Partner with leaders to integrate People plans with business needs.
- Support performance management and employee relations.
- Structure the performance review process and train managers.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HRIS, and Total Rewards.
- Assess organizational development needs and implement solutions.
- Challenge job descriptions and compensation mechanisms.
- Analyze engagement survey results and suggest improvements.
- Manage HR projects and guide the HR team.
- Passionate about Compensation & Benefits, Project Management, or HR Systems.
- Think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items.
- Adapt communication style and thrive in a work-from-home environment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Tremendous sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources or organizational development.
- Experience supporting an operational function, including call center employees.
- Experience in insurance and/or a start-up is a plus.
- Ability to position self as credible and proactive.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and managing change.
- Knowledge of Federal and State labor laws.
Target Salary Range: $131,760—$156,465 USD
Full Salary Range: $123,525—$205,845 USD
