The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) advances people and culture strategies, serving as a strategic advisor. Integrates organizational goals with human capital strategies, driving results through planning and expertise in labor relations, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Workplace Relations (30%): Act as primary HR contact for union matters; serve on the negotiating team; develop training on contract interpretation; advise managers; lead responses to grievances.
- Compliance and Risk Mitigation (30%): Ensure policy compliance; monitor for risks; lead workplace investigations; support safeguarding investigations.
- Strategic Talent & Culture Partnership (20%): Partner with leadership to translate goals into HR initiatives; coach managers; support equitable hiring and talent retention; advance DEIB.
- HR Program Support (20%): Contribute to HR initiatives; monitor metrics; serve as a culture advocate.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-10 years experience, including 5 years in the area of expertise and 3 years of management.
- Expertise in labor relations and employment law.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Law degree (JD).
- Certified Workplace Investigator.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
