Full-Time Senior HR Generalist

• Partners with local leadership teams to develop and facilitate strategic short and long-term goals for assigned locations.
• Facilitates and fosters positive employee relations.
• Ensures legal compliance and implementation of the Company’s human resources strategy.
• Administers the employment function, including recruiting and screening applicants.
• Assists in managing Worker’s Compensation Insurance issues.
• Coordinates, facilitates, and/or assists with training activities within the facility.
• Provides prompt and accurate guidance to employees regarding all benefit programs.
• Maintains all personnel records following EEO, privacy, and related requirements.
• Advises management teams regarding prompt and accurate completion of all status changes.
• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

• 4+ years of progressive work experience within the field of Human resources.
• Solid fundamental knowledge of basic office programs (MS Office, Excel, Word).
• Working knowledge in all areas pertinent to the management of all HR functions.
• Current knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and general employment laws.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of employees effectively.
