KOSTAL is professionalizing its international HR function, especially by digitalizing processes and strategically implementing IT support tools.
Some HR systems are future-ready, others are transforming, and some need to start this journey. You will actively contribute to this program.
To understand KOSTAL's HR landscape and areas for improvement, you will work on operational incidents and service requests.
- Support the HR IT team with operational incidents and service requests in HR systems.
- Support global transformation projects (e.g., H4/S4 migration, HRIS suite implementation).
- Ensure operational KPIs are met.
- Document HR business processes for FAQs and technical knowledge database.
- Plan and coordinate system maintenance and testing.
- Support HR project tasks as needed.
- Support KOSTAL's international HR digital improvement journey.
Education: University or college degree in IT or similar.
Experience: 4+ years in HR Application Management within IT.
Technical Skills: HRIS global transformation (HRIS suite implementation, SAP H4/S4 migration, S4 Hana), SAP HCM (Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Fiori tiles for ESS), IT processes (ticketing, user support, business KPIs). SSC experience is advantageous.
Other Skills: Confident user of standard office applications; familiarity with ABAP/C++/Python is an advantage; HR application knowledge (e.g., Cornerstone, Smartrecruiters) is an advantage.
Languages: Fluent English, Hungarian is an advantage.
