KOSTAL is professionalizing its international HR function, especially by digitalizing processes and implementing IT support tools. Some HR systems are future-ready, others are transforming, and some need to start. You will actively contribute to this program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR IT team with operational incidents and service requests in HR systems.
- Assist the HR IT Team in global transformation projects (e.g., H4/S4 migration, HRIS suite implementation).
- Ensure operational KPIs are met.
- Document HR business processes, FAQs, and technical knowledge.
- Plan and coordinate system maintenance and testing.
- Support HR project tasks as needed.
- Support KOSTAL's international HR digital transformation.
Special Tasks/Challenges:
Active participation in shaping the future of KOSTAL’s HR.
Required Education and Experience:
- University/college degree in IT or related field.
- 4+ years' experience in an HR Application Management role within IT.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in HRIS global transformation (implementation, SAP H4/S4 migration, S4 Hana)
- Experience with SAP HCM (Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Fiori tiles for ESS).
- Experience in IT processes (Ticketing, User support, Business KPIs)
- SSC Experience is advantageous.
- Proficient in standard office applications.
- Familiarity with ABAP/C++/Python is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR applications (e.g., Cornerstone, Smartrecruiters)
Language Skills:
- Fluent English
- Hungarian is advantageous
