Full-Time Senior HR IT Specialist

KOSTAL is professionalizing its international HR function, focusing on digitalizing processes and implementing IT support tools.

Some HR systems are future-proof, others are under transformation, and some need to start that journey. You'll actively contribute to this program.

Familiarize yourself with KOSTAL HR, identify areas for improvement, and handle operational incidents and service requests.

1. Support the HR IT team with operational incident and service requests in relevant HR systems.
2. Support global transformation projects (e.g., H4/S4 migration, HRIS suite implementation).
3. Ensure operational KPIs are met.
4. Document HR business processes for FAQs and the technical knowledge database.
5. Plan and coordinate system maintenance and testing.

Special Tasks/Key Challenges

• Work on HR project tasks as needed.
• Support KOSTAL's digital HR transformation.

Education: University or college degree in IT or a similar field.

Work Experience: 4+ years in a HR Application Management role within IT.

Technical/IT Knowledge

• Experience in HRIS global transformation, HRIS suite implementation, SAP H4/S4 migration, S4 Hana.
• Experience in SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management, Fiori tiles for ESS.
• Experience in IT processes (Ticketing, User support, Business KPIs).
• SSC experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in standard office applications.
• Familiarity with ABAP/C++/Python is advantageous.
• Knowledge of HR related applications (e.g., Cornerstone, Smartrecruiters) is advantageous.

Language: Fluent English. Hungarian is an advantage.
