YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Advising clients on HR software solutions, implementing HR technology, and optimizing HR systems.
- Leading the implementation and optimization of HRIS and talent management systems.
- Providing expert advice on HR technology trends, automation, and best practices.
- Conducting system configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Collaborating with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Training HR teams and end-users on new systems and functionalities.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest HR trends, tools, and technologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in HRIS, HR, consulting, or a related role.
- Proven experience in HR technology consulting, HRIS implementation, or HR systems management.
- In-depth knowledge of HR software.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and digital transformation strategies.
- Experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
