Role & Missions (Senior HRBP):

• Develop & implement HR initiatives aligning with business strategy.
• Lead/support performance review process, advising managers.
• Support business needs, developing, engaging, motivating, and preserving team members.
• Foster a positive work environment.
• Assess training needs & monitor programs.
• Ensure legal compliance in HR management.
• Manage Staff Representative relationships (CSE in France).

Requirements:

• 6-10 years experience in HR.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solution-oriented, problem-solving skills.
• Pragmatic approach to HR challenges.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions).
• In-depth knowledge of French labor laws.
• Fluent in English.
