Senior HRIS Analyst
About the Role
The Senior HRIS Analyst partners with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and supports cyclical processes, focusing on user experience. This role works closely with functional groups to manage internal processes, data, and supports end users. A data steward with a high level of focus on security, accuracy, and integrity of HR data. Provides best-in-class global customer service and support to the organization, managing various employment life cycle transactions and report requests. Reports to the Director, HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a consultative partner, gathering requirements and translating them into functional/technical designs.
- Maintain and update system configuration, upgrades, and data in the HRIS platform (Oracle) to ensure data integrity.
- Support company initiatives, including performance management and various internal client-facing projects.
- Develop data import and export processes.
Required Experience/Skills
- 5+ years’ experience with HRIS, with at least some experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, customer service oriented.
- Adheres to strict confidentiality requirements and protection of sensitive HR data.
Preferred Experience/Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred (business, computer science, or human resources).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and application report tools.
- Experience supporting middleware platforms such as Boomi.
- Working knowledge with SQL, automation tools, etc.
