A position is open within our internal IT department, in the HRIS team and more specifically on the Learning scope.
As Senior HRIS Project Leader, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities to ensure the successful implementation and optimisation of our learning platforms.
Your key assignments will include:
- Project management
- Leading and delivering key projects from end to end: Define planning & RACI
- Business Requirements specifications
- Scoping: prepare and deliver design workshops to understand HR needs
- Configuration & tests: configure the platform in accordance to the defined design
- Change management: deliver training sessions, create training resources & guides, prepare communications, support HRs closely…
- Coordinating stakeholders and prioritize tasks
- Build reports, perform data migration…
Projects include:
- Workday Learning: roll out of the Learning module in all countries of the group (without implementers)
- AI upskilling program: in the context of a mandatory training program focused on AI
- Integrations: build interface between Workday Learning and other platforms such as Udemy
- Continuous improvement projects to deliver new features or improve current configuration…
- Team management & support
- In the long-term, this position will include the management of 1/2 juniors, business analyst or administrator of our learning platforms
- Support the team in their daily activities, provide guidance and follow tasks (weekly meeting)
- Assess workloads and help the team prioritize
- Participate in building a roadmap and anticipate upcoming projects, including suggesting potential improvements
- Define annual goals, assess performance and build development plans
- Ensure the services we provide to our internal customers (support, communications etc.) is high quality and adoption of our tools is good
- Supervise and occasionally participate in run activities (tickets), communications and community engagement, training resources…
- Make sure the team builds a relationship of trust with all stakeholders: HRs, other IT teams, platforms (CSM)...
- Staying up-to-date with all releases and evolutions
- Ensure internal knowledge documentation
