The Senior Manager, HRIS (Workday) will be responsible for the overall strategy, implementation, and management of the Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HRIS team in the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday modules.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Workday, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Partner with HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Oversee system security, data integrity, and compliance.
- Manage Workday release updates, ensuring thorough testing and successful deployment.
- Drive reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HRIS professionals.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors.
- Develop and deliver training and change management initiatives.
- Stay updated on Workday best practices and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of HRIS experience, with at least 5 years focused on Workday.
- Proven experience leading Workday implementations.
- Strong project management skills.
- Expertise in Workday configuration, business process design, reporting, and security.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership experience.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Workday certifications are a plus.
Salary: $126,000 to $170,140 (US)
or $157,500 to $212,670 (Palo Alto, CA)
