As our first dedicated Senior HR Generalist, you will have the unique opportunity to take on both a hands-on and strategic role, ensuring seamless HR operations and fostering a positive employee experience.
Your Role
- Trusted Advocate: Serve as a trusted partner to employees, managers, and leaders, fostering a positive, inclusive, and equitable employee experience. Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations matters and professional development.
- Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing employee lifecycle processes.
- HR Technology & Data Management: Maintain and optimize the HR tech stack, including systems like SequoiaOne, Deel, and other employee platforms.
- Benefits Administration: Coordinate and support benefit programs, including health insurance, leave management, and retirement plans.
- Compliance Expert: Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and implement tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Program Support: Collaborate with the Head of People on the development and implementation of people-focused programs.
- Culture Carrier: Ensure company values are embedded in people practices and initiatives. Promote a vibrant, remote-first work culture.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in an HR role, including 2 years of HRBP experience.
- Experience working in the SaaS/Tech space.
- Experience working with a variety of HR tools.
- Desire to work in a start-up environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and navigate through ambiguity.
- Proven track record of creating and scaling successful HR processes and programs.
Pay Range: $150,000- $170,000
