Full-Time Senior Implementation Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Implementation Manager to join our high-growth team.

This role will be responsible for successfully building playbooks and processes for our new value-based EMR product.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and execute comprehensive implementation playbooks.
• Lead project plans and governance structures.
• Create detailed user personas and workflow maps.
• Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Operate with data and evidence to track KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years EMR implementation experience.
• Experience at a high-growth health technology start-up.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must reside in the USA.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with provider value-based care workflows.
• Experience with dual-eligible populations (a plus).
