Full-Time Senior Instructional Designer

What You'll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end instructional design process for complex learning projects.
• Apply advanced instructional design theories and best practices to create learner-centric solutions.
• Develop comprehensive curricula, training modules, e-learning courses, and blended learning programs.
• Create engaging and interactive learning content using modern authoring tools.
• Partner with SMEs to identify training needs and objectives.
• Translate complex concepts into clear learning materials.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop and implement assessment tools to measure learning outcomes.
• Stay current with trends in instructional design, adult learning, and educational technologies.
• Mentor junior instructional designers and support team development.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through best practices sharing.

What You'll Need:

• CPLP certification or bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning development, with a focus on digital and blended learning.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale learning projects.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive work ethic, seeking to learn continuously.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, or contact centers is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools for evaluating learning outcomes is a plus.
