Full-Time Senior-Living Community Outreach Coordinator

• Visit assisted living, independent living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities to introduce dermatology services.
• Build strong relationships with executive directors, DONs, administrators, and activity directors.
• Conduct in-person outreach, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and informational sessions.
• Support health fairs and skin-cancer awareness activities.

• Help families and residents understand on-site dermatology services.
• Distribute and collect consent/enrollment forms.
• Ensure residents have clear information about upcoming dermatology clinic days.

• Manage a local territory in Florida.
• Maintain partner satisfaction and ensure clinics run smoothly.
• Track visits, conversations, and agreements in CRM.

• Coordinate with dermatology providers and internal operations.
• Troubleshoot issues, communicate scheduling updates.
• Ensure a positive experience for facilities and residents.

• 1–3 years working in or calling on senior-living communities.
• Experience in Community Liaison, Admissions/Marketing Coordinator, Census Development, Patient/Family Outreach, Home health or hospice liaison, or Rehab therapy outreach is a plus.

• Strong relationship-builder.
• Warm, professional communicator.
• Organized and reliable.
• Proficient with CRM tools.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable traveling locally throughout NJ and PA.
• Must reside in NJ or PA.
