Full-Time Senior Manager, Campaign Marketing

Procore seeks a motivated marketer for the Owners segment. This role leads pipeline-generating marketing campaigns for the Owners market.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team designing, developing, and executing high-performing marketing campaigns.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Development teams for feedback and buy-in.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing for alignment on segmentation, messaging, and content.
• Develop a channel strategy for maximizing MQLs and pipeline.
• Create cross-channel evergreen programs.
• Create quarterly programs based on market trends and priorities.
• Champion testing, optimization, and new initiatives across the funnel.
• Develop deep understanding of customers, products, and buyer journey.

Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years in demand generation or similar role, 3+ years B2B SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong ability to present ideas and concise marketing plans.
• Proven track record scaling revenue.
• Comfortable working with senior sales leadership.
• Highly motivated, self-starting, and detail-oriented.
• Strong project management skills.
• Understanding of marketing operations and analytics.
