Full-Time Senior Manager, Client Optimization

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to improve client retention, engagement, and expansion by identifying key metrics and success factors.
• Data Analysis: Leverage customer data to identify trends, pain points, and optimization opportunities, providing actionable insights to the Client Success team.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, proactively address concerns, and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within the client success function for better efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring: Track client success metrics, identify areas for improvement, and report progress to senior management.
• Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• 25%-50% travel
• Bachelor's degree
• 15+ years' experience in revenue cycle with emphasis on Patient Access within healthcare.
• Provider-based background required
• Healthcare Project Management or Consulting experience
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle Product Management experience
• 7+ years' experience with Salesforce and Atlassian products (Jira - Project Admin, Confluence)
