Senior Manager, Compensation Partnership
Owns strategy, implementation, communication, business partnership, and administration of compensation programs (base pay, incentive pay, equity, recognition).
Collaborates with HR and business to design and deliver total rewards programs focused on leader and associate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, develop a team of compensation partners.
- Provide guidance for changing business needs through analysis, market data, and translating compensation strategy.
- Develop and sustain a 3-year total rewards strategy roadmap.
- Provide consultative and strategic partnering to HR and business leaders.
- Build understanding of total rewards offerings through associate and leader engagement.
- Lead end-to-end compensation processes (survey management, annual planning, salary structure reviews).
- Develop, sustain, and evolve job architecture for HR and compensation practices.
- Identify and drive process improvement utilizing lean tools.
- Develop and execute annual calendar of core total rewards activities.
- Develop wage-related budget based on market data and internal equity.
- Monitor budget and communicate variances.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Lead initiatives to improve associate experience and best place-to-work culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of compensation and benefits program implementation and managerial responsibility.
- Experience delivering and developing a high-quality, operationally excellent team.
- Experience in analysis, delivery, and business consulting of compensation programs.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, execution, and communication skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel).
- HRIS experience required; Workday experience a plus.
- Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving, influence, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence, problem-solve, collaborate, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Well-organized, confident, and a strong team player.
- Ability to effectively multi-task, balance priorities, and work with a sense of urgency.
- Occasional travel required.
