As a Senior Manager of Customer Success, you will play a key role in leading the strategy and execution for ensuring that high-quality talent are efficiently and optimally placed to meet client demand.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a strategy to effectively meet client expectations.
- Lead a Global team and ensure daily practices encourage revenue optimization through client needs assessments, cross-selling efforts, and renewal strategies.
- Create and implement Onboarding strategies for new hires.
- Define/refine KPIs as measures of talent quality and team success.
- Build processes and structures to support expertise in matching talent, supporting cross-selling/up-selling efforts.
- Develop capacity planning models to meet current and future needs.
- Optimize team structure, processes, and execution.
- Strengthen the infrastructure for long-term scalability and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in client/customer success, account management, and/or client needs evaluation.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and develop strong cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to lead an international team and instill accountability for quality, sense of urgency, and deepening customer relationships.
- Proven proficiency with Kubernetes-based environments.
- Strong technical understanding of Veeam products.
- Deep knowledge of Linux, networking, cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, Docker, and data protection.
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V.
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA or CKAD) preferred.
- Data-driven individual with experience measuring customer success metrics.
- Ability to work in a technical environment of exceedingly fast growth.
- Proficient in all Office products.
