Full-Time Senior Manager, Growth Strategy

In this role, you'll be at the center of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development: Define growth strategies based on partner dynamics.
2. Planning: Develop and align Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and annual objectives, reviewing and adjusting quarterly.
3. Selling & Stakeholder Management: Identify growth opportunities, build selling stories, and align with stakeholders.
4. Channel Marketing: Understand retailer shoppers and paths to purchase, partnering with Channel Marketing to deliver solutions.
5. Retail Execution: Partner with Retail Execution/Ops to influence awareness and merchandising.
6. Innovation: Identify new business opportunities within and outside segments.
7. Analysis: Conduct deep analysis of partner dynamics to maintain competitive advantage.
8. Travel: Estimated 30% travel to client sites.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in growth-oriented roles.
• Preferred background in management consulting.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical, communication, customer service, and management skills.
• Technology, retail, and eCommerce enthusiast
• High integrity, hands-on, passionate, persistent, creative, and a team player.

Compensation (Examples):

• California: $150K - $180K
• Colorado: $135K - $160K
