Job Summary: The Senior Manager of Learning Enablement will lead a team of Senior Learning Consultants to solve complex performance challenges. This leader will oversee client management, learning needs analysis, strategy design, and delivery of complex learning projects that drive measurable business outcomes.
The Senior Manager will serve as a people leader and strategic thought partner, ensuring the team is focused on the right priorities and working collaboratively with stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Learning Consultants.
- Provide strategic direction, guidance, and feedback.
- Manage resource allocation, workload prioritization, and project assignments.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with organizational goals.
- Champion the use of design thinking and modern learning methodologies.
- Act as the escalation point for client issues.
- Partner with leaders to anticipate future capability needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
- Proven experience managing senior-level consultants or equivalent client-facing roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in performance consulting and needs analysis.
- Strong background in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Deep knowledge of modern instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
