At Wiz, we are looking for a strategic, creative leader to scale our GTM Excellence team. As a Senior Manager, Learning Experience Designer, you’ll lead the curriculum design and execution of impactful learning strategies for our Wiz Revenue team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Learning Strategy & Curriculum Design: Develop and own the learning strategy for multiple roles across the GTM organization.
- Instructional Design & Content Development: Design and develop blended learning experiences. Leverage AI to personalize learning experiences and streamline content creation.
- AI & Innovation: Use generative AI and learning agents to build scalable, intelligent workflows.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with leadership, product experts, and GTM program managers to align learning with team goals.
- Measurement & Iteration: Define success metrics and collect feedback to improve learning experiences.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 8+ years in a learning experience, instructional design, or enablement role.
- 5+ years of experience building and managing a team of LXD professionals.
- Expertise in adult learning principles and curriculum development.
- Proficiency with AI and learning tools.
- Familiarity with LMS/CMS systems and modern training formats.
- Strong project management, visual design, and communication skills.
