Job Details

Ideal Candidate: Action-oriented leader who motivates others, enjoys solving novel problems creatively, and supports launch readiness and ongoing operational oversight.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop metrics, SLAs & KPIs for performance tracking.
  2. Measure key drivers of quality across programs.
  3. Execute improvement plans, coordinating with therapeutic area leads, brand teams, market access, and IT.
  4. Maintain HIPAA compliance, patient privacy, optimal patient interactions.
  5. Manage quality, compliance, and performance across cross-functional teams and vendors.
  6. Drive innovation in HCP and patient experience.
  7. Design and deliver patient services reporting & dashboards.
  8. Identify improvements and automations for reporting and data management.
  9. Manage a team of professionals, coaching them on stakeholder needs.
  10. Prioritize leadership requests, creating/maintaining initiative lists.
  11. Prioritize projects, meet timelines, and exceed quality standards.
  12. Provide optimal end-user support with the Patient Support team.
  13. Resolve risk issues and perform root cause analysis related to customers.
  14. Understand and implement operational implications of development changes.
  15. Oversee and execute special projects.
  16. Drive program enhancements and operational efficiencies.
  17. Meet with leadership, stakeholders, and team members for project oversight.
  18. Leverage internal and external Patient Services Program processes for best-in-class operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Understanding of the U.S. healthcare environment
  • 5+ years of experience in Patient Services infrastructure, launch execution, program implementation, operations, solutions engineering (preferably in pharmaceutical industry)
  • Experience establishing/standing up commercial/operational infrastructure in a pharmaceutical patient services role
  • Project management experience with vendor & stakeholder integration
  • Strong aptitude for rapidly evolving environments

Compensation: $133,000 - $185,000 annually, plus benefits (401k match, incentives, medical/dental/vision, STD/LTD, life insurance).
