Ideal Candidate: Action-oriented leader who motivates others, enjoys solving novel problems creatively, and supports launch readiness and ongoing operational oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Develop metrics, SLAs & KPIs for performance tracking.
- Measure key drivers of quality across programs.
- Execute improvement plans, coordinating with therapeutic area leads, brand teams, market access, and IT.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance, patient privacy, optimal patient interactions.
- Manage quality, compliance, and performance across cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Drive innovation in HCP and patient experience.
- Design and deliver patient services reporting & dashboards.
- Identify improvements and automations for reporting and data management.
- Manage a team of professionals, coaching them on stakeholder needs.
- Prioritize leadership requests, creating/maintaining initiative lists.
- Prioritize projects, meet timelines, and exceed quality standards.
- Provide optimal end-user support with the Patient Support team.
- Resolve risk issues and perform root cause analysis related to customers.
- Understand and implement operational implications of development changes.
- Oversee and execute special projects.
- Drive program enhancements and operational efficiencies.
- Meet with leadership, stakeholders, and team members for project oversight.
- Leverage internal and external Patient Services Program processes for best-in-class operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Understanding of the U.S. healthcare environment
- 5+ years of experience in Patient Services infrastructure, launch execution, program implementation, operations, solutions engineering (preferably in pharmaceutical industry)
- Experience establishing/standing up commercial/operational infrastructure in a pharmaceutical patient services role
- Project management experience with vendor & stakeholder integration
- Strong aptitude for rapidly evolving environments
Compensation: $133,000 - $185,000 annually, plus benefits (401k match, incentives, medical/dental/vision, STD/LTD, life insurance).
