Procore is seeking a Senior Manager, People Partner (Go to Market) to join their Global People Organization. The People Partner function is evolving and changing. You will need strong strategic thinking, coaching, and development skills to shape and scale Procore's Go To Market Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales Leadership to define and implement a shared people agenda with measurable business impact.
- Advise the business on addressing organization and people needs.
- Manage stakeholders for alignment and accountability.
- Enable change in response to hyper-growth and scaling needs.
- Collaborate with other People Partners and Centers of Excellence for alignment.
- Improve manager capabilities through coaching and utilization of people programs.
- Leverage data to influence decisions, advise, and problem-solve.
- Embrace a growth mindset; learn, iterate, and improve.
- Analyze trends to support business objectives and proactively develop solutions.
- Communicate effectively to diverse audiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a Talent/HR organization
- Demonstrated competence in HR functional areas (especially employee relations and change management)
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Credibility and integrity in communications
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects.
- Strategic thinking and tactical implementation skills.
