Privia's Platform Operations team is comprised of subject matter experts in our proprietary products, technology onboarding & integrations, clinical data conversion, and interfaces. They manage projects, intake feedback, support, prioritization, processes, metrics, and communication across their areas.

Role Summary: This role will manage key team players and collaborate closely with technology onboarding, integrations, clinical data conversion, and interface build areas.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to diverse audiences (providers, staff, practice leaders, senior Privia leaders).
- Ability to present complex technical content effectively.
- Strong project management skills, driving partners to complete tasks on time and with high quality.

- Experience in refining and polishing processes, coaching others on best practices, and holding the team accountable.
Primary Job Duties:
- Set and manage expectations for practices and Privia leaders.
- Project manage new and complex solutions for Privia practices.
- Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multiple teams during onboarding and pre-sale activities.
- Coach others on new processes and hold them accountable.
- Explain the Privia IT ecosystem.
- Manage hardware assessments and installations.
- Manage data interface scoping, development, and testing.
- Manage legacy data conversion projects.
- Report projects and escalate risks.
- Lead process improvement and optimization.
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive experience managing complex projects.
- 2+ years of demonstrated informal/cross-functional leadership.
- 2+ years of IT and customer service experience.
- Experience in analyzing, defining, and documenting business processes.
- Healthcare domain experience.
- EHR navigation experience (athena experience a plus).
- Understanding of healthcare interfacing concepts and HL7 knowledge preferred.
- Compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

Salary: $85,000.00 to $105,000.00 base pay (exclusive of bonuses and benefits).
Technical Requirements (Remote Workers): Minimum download speed of 5 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps.
