Full-Time Senior Marketing Manager

Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Gen will take ownership of large-scale demand gen marketing initiatives. Develop, execute, and influence programs to drive awareness, demand and opportunity creation in the Financial Institutions & Lending vertical.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, building, and optimizing demand gen initiatives (inbound, outbound, events, SDR-led campaigns).
• Lead planning and execution of demand gen initiatives.
• Create comprehensive demand generation campaigns for new client acquisition and opportunity creation.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, SDRs, and other departments.
• Hands-on collaboration with external vendors/partners.
• Report on campaign effectiveness and implement recommendations.
• Understand diverse channels and tactics (events, digital marketing, paid social, partnerships, email).

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years experience in B2B demand gen marketing.
• Strong background in campaign development and program execution.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale marketing projects.
• Experience marketing to mid-large financial institutions.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
