- Opportunity: High-impact leadership role.
- Oversee 3–4 Operations Managers, each responsible for around 40 contractors.
- Ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and guide 3–4 Operations Managers.
- Monitor team performance and ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee staffing and workflow efficiency.
- Identify operational gaps and design effective systems.
- Drive accountability and KPIs.
- Act as an escalation point for critical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA.
- Support business growth through continuous improvement.
- 5+ years in healthcare operations management.
- Experience handling accounts in SNFs, Home Health, and/or Telehealth.
- Familiarity with Care Plans and Wound Care.
- Experience overseeing large, remote teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with EMRs and remote tools.
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
