Full-Time Senior Payroll Analyst

Toast is building an all-in-one restaurant platform.

The Senior Payroll Analyst will manage day-to-day payroll activities for US and international employees.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, audit, produce, and approve bi-weekly payrolls (multi-state US & international).
• Handle off-cycle payments and supplemental pay (bonuses, year-end).
• Maintain payroll application data integrity.
• Process payroll for new hires and pay/hour changes.
• Reconcile quarterly 941s and annual W-2s.
• Communicate and escalate issues.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Register with state and local tax providers.
• Partner with Finance and HR teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of payroll experience.
• Experience with Workday and/or ADP (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of US multi-state payroll tax laws.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively.

Compensation:

$73,000 - $117,000 USD.
