Toast is building an all-in-one restaurant platform.
The Senior Payroll Analyst will manage day-to-day payroll activities for US and international employees.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, audit, produce, and approve bi-weekly payrolls (multi-state US & international).
- Handle off-cycle payments and supplemental pay (bonuses, year-end).
- Maintain payroll application data integrity.
- Process payroll for new hires and pay/hour changes.
- Reconcile quarterly 941s and annual W-2s.
- Communicate and escalate issues.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Register with state and local tax providers.
- Partner with Finance and HR teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of payroll experience.
- Experience with Workday and/or ADP (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of US multi-state payroll tax laws.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively.
Compensation:
$73,000 - $117,000 USD.
