Reporting to the Head of Tax and Payroll, the Senior Payroll Specialist ensures smooth payroll processing with high accuracy and compliance.
- Payroll Processing: Accurate and timely processing of timesheets and salaries.
- Compliance and Reporting: Assist in tax obligations, ensure timely submission of tax reporting. Stay updated on regulations.
- Payroll Enquiries: Address inquiries, provide guidance, and improve processes.
- Experience: Managing payroll for a large workforce (500+ employees).
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll legislation.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding & experience using Employment Hero.
