As Marqeta’s Senior People Business Partner (PBP), GTM, you will partner with GTM Managers and VP+ leaders to enhance leadership capabilities.
- Accelerate business performance by coaching leadership on people-related matters.
- Drive company-wide alignment by fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Establish executive trust and influence by serving as a strategic partner.
- Elevate leadership effectiveness by coaching senior executives and leaders.
- Lead GTM-wide people initiatives such as performance management, career planning, and engagement surveys.
- Facilitate offsites and talent discussions.
- Experience: 8+ years as a People Business Partner (PBP).
- Problem Solver: Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Owner: Act with purpose and accountability.
- Innovator: Bring solutions that drive the business's needs.
- Collaborator: Build strong partnerships rooted in trust.
- Doer: Act with urgency and intention.
- Leader: Coach, influence, and inspire.
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience; advanced degree in Human Resources + PHR/SPHR preferred.
- Experience supporting a GTM organization.
- Experience in supporting a global organization.
