- Set the strategic direction for HR business partnering within the GTM (go-to-market) function, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives and long-term business strategy.
- Lead the development and execution of innovative HR programs that support employee development, performance management, and team effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and first-line managers, providing day-to-day coaching and support on a wide range of people topics, including team structure, employee relations, and leadership development.
- Navigate and lead through change, helping the organization scale effectively while maintaining a strong, inclusive culture.
- Oversee and drive key talent initiatives across the CRO and Marketing teams, such as workforce planning, succession management, and manager capability building.

- 8–10 years of HR experience, including supporting revenue-generating and marketing teams in high-growth or scaling organizations.
- Demonstrated success in both strategic business partnering and hands-on HR execution.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills, particularly with senior leaders and first-line managers.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments.
- Deep expertise in HR business partnering tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in modern HR systems and data analysis tools.
