What’s the opportunity?
We're seeking a forward-thinking Senior People Business Partner to drive organizational excellence through data-informed people strategies. In this role, you'll be a strategic advisor who combines analytical rigor with human-centered approaches to create meaningful impact across our Engineering, Product Management, Design (EPD) teams.
What will I be doing?
Main pillars of the role:
- Design, lead and execute people programs
- Manage Employee Relations cases
- Support recruiting activity for leadership roles
During the day to that this means:
- Lead with data to shape and execute people strategies
- Oversee cross-functional projects
- Partner with leadership to optimize organizational design, talent development, and succession planning through data-backed recommendations
- Create and maintain people analytics dashboards
- Combine insights and observations to influence healthy, productive work environments
- Design and implement innovative DEI initiatives
- Hire for leadership roles such as Director level and above
How will I make an impact?
- Leverage data-driven insights to influence leadership decisions
- Design impactful employee experience and DEI programs with measurable outcomes
- Build strategic partnerships across all organizational levels
- Establish metrics that track cultural and business progress
- Maintain a human-centric approach while rigorously analyzing performance trends
What skills do I need?
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, remote-first environments
- 3+ years as an HRBP, supporting global EPD teams
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and platforms to enhance HR processes
- Strong project management skills
- Experience hiring leadership roles such as Director and above levels
- Experience building and implementing DEI strategies with measurable outcomes
- Knowledge of HR analytics tools and ability to create compelling data visualizations
- Understanding of US and Irish labor laws
