We are looking for an exceptional Senior People Business Partner (PBP) to support Vanta’s Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organization. You’ll play a critical role in accelerating Vanta’s growth and helping our EPD leaders build, develop, and retain world-class teams.
Examples of work include:
- Leading change management.
- Partnering on org design and strategy.
- Driving people initiatives to engage and retain talent.
You will be functionally embedded with the teams you support and work with cross-functional stakeholders to help them achieve their business outcomes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Serving as a trusted thought partner, consultant, and coach to senior leaders across the EPD organization.
- Being the primary point of contact on all people-related matters for assigned EPD client groups.
- Providing support, guidance, and thought leadership on performance management, change management, employee relations, workforce and talent planning, career development, and manager development.
- Collecting and analyzing data to deliver insights and drive recommendations.
- Assessing organizational health and effectiveness.
- Driving the project management and execution of critical People programs.
- Building and implementing top-tier programs and policies to attract, retain, and grow outstanding talent.
Required skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a BP supporting senior leaders.
- Strong business acumen and curiosity.
- Excellent communication, influence, and facilitation skills.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and communicate insights.
- Bias for action and getting things done.
