Full-Time Senior People Generalist

We’re looking for a Senior People Generalist to join Procore’s Global People Organization. You’ll partner with People Partners and COEs, developing and implementing strategic people initiatives.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with People Partners and COEs to deliver efficient, scalable HR solutions aligning with business goals.
• Developing and maintaining tools, templates, and resources to support consistent and effective HR practices.
• Providing operational and analytical support to People Partners.
• Collaborating across the People Organization to leverage expertise and drive efficiency.
• Using data storytelling to communicate HR insights and recommend improvements.
• Supporting talent initiatives, including organizational design, compensation reviews, and change management.
• Acting as the first point of contact for Employee Relations issues.
• Participating in People Organization projects and process improvement initiatives.

We're seeking candidates with:

• A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of HR experience.
• Experience in a global tech company is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with HR systems (like Workday) and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for data storytelling.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and adaptability.
