Full-Time Senior People Partner

What you'll do:

• Partner with all levels of management, offering expertise and creative solutions for organizational design, performance management, engagement, inclusion/diversity, and talent development.
• Drive results by influencing leaders, understanding their needs, priorities, and motivations. Utilize data/analytics for talent decisions and program effectiveness.
• Create/implement progressive talent strategies to improve organizational health, effectiveness, and engagement. Balance consistency with scalable, creative solutions for unique business needs.
• Partner with People leaders to enhance employee lifecycle programs and drive change management initiatives.
• Demonstrate expertise across HR domains (Total Rewards, Benefits, L&D), effectively partnering with Centers of Excellence.
• Guide leaders in people management best practices (performance, discipline, recognition, retention). Mentor other People Partner team members.

What you should have:

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, handle complex situations with sound judgment, and maintain a strategic perspective.
• Analytical skills, proven track record of using data to drive decisions/solve problems.
• 6+ years experience in senior HR generalist or Business Partner role.
• Excellent coaching, conflict resolution skills, and ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities and developing innovative solutions while maintaining scalability.

Compensation:

• US base salary range: $167,000 - $184,000 + equity + benefits.
