Hi, we're DuckDuckGo. In this role, you will leverage your empathy, critical thinking, and experience to empower individuals and teams. You'll provide guidance through high-touch performance management and support Functional Teams.
- Provide hands-on HRBP support and advisory to 8-12 functional teams
- Lead performance improvement processes
- Investigate team member relations concerns
- Assess when teams require additional support
- Manage related projects
- 7+ years of People Operations experience
- Experience in HRBP or HR leadership activities
- Ability to resolve complex engagement, performance, and employee relations issues
- Pragmatic and analytical
- Proven conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
